School of Chemistry and Life Sciences

1. Introduction

The School of Chemistry and Life Sciences was established under Resolution No. 32/NQ-ĐHBK dated March 29, 2023, by the Council of Hanoi University of Science and Technology. This formation is part of the restructuring and reorganization of four institutes: the Institute of Chemical Engineering, the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology, the Institute of Biotechnology and Food Technology, and the Institute for Research and Development of Natural Compounds.

The School comprises 5 faculties that offer training programs in the following fields: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Food Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Resource and Environmental Management.
