Master's Thesis Archival Submission Guide

1. TIME AND LOCATION

  • Time: Monday to Friday
    • Morning: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
    • Afternoon: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM
  • Location: Room 304A (3rd floor), Tạ Quang Bửu Library

2. THESIS SUBMISSION PROCESS

  • Step 1: Prepare both a printed and a digital copy of the thesis according to the Thesis Formatting Guidelines:
    • Printed Copy: One revised thesis (post-defense) with signed approval from the Advisor and Committee Chair.
    • Digital copy: One thesis file (matching the printed version) and one summary file (docx or PDF, no password or encryption).
  • Step 2: Submit the digital file to the Center for Communications & Digital Knowledge: [SUBMIT HERE].
  • Step 3: Submit the printed copy and collect a receipt:
    • In-person: At Room 304A – Tạ Quang Bửu Building.
    • By mail: Send the printed thesis and two signed RECEIPTS via postal mail to the Center for Communications & Digital Knowledge. The center will return a receipt to the respective faculty.
    • By Proxy: The representative must bring the printed thesis and two signed RECEIPTS from the author.
