The IEEE Electronic Library (IEL) is IEEE's most comprehensive online research package, available through the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. IEL provides full-text access to approximately one-third of the world's technical literature in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications, computer science, and related disciplines. Its extensive collection includes IEEE journals, conference proceedings, and technical standards.

Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) users are entitled to unlimited full-text access to IEEE publications dating back to 1988 (with selected content available from as early as 1884), More than 200 IEEE journals and magazines, The complete collection of IEEE conference proceedings, More than 4,600 approved and published IEEE standards,  IEEE Standards Dictionary Online.
