Regulations for Library Card Issuance

The Center for Communications and Digital Knowledge accepts registration for LIBRARY CARDS for external readers who wish to access and use library and information services.

Validity and Fees (includes card issuance and service usage fees):

  • 3 months = 50,000 VND
  • 12 months (1 year) = 100,000 VND

Eligible Readers:

  • Alumni of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Retired staff of HUST
  • External readers who wish to use the services of the Center for Communications and Digital Knowledge

In-person Registration Location:

Room 404 – 4th Floor – Tạ Quang Bửu Building – Hanoi University of Science and Technology

Service Hours:

From Monday to Friday:

  • Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Required Documents:

  • Identification documents: Citizen ID, passport, etc.
  • One 3x4 cm photo

NOTE: Readers should submit a portrait photo with a blue or white background. Full-body photos, side-view photos, or photos with outdoor backgrounds are not accepted.
